[00:17] Stephen: What’s up guys?
It’s Stephen here from Marketing on the Move.
I’m just here in Sydney walking with a couple of the guys that I’m doing the Taki Moore Million Dollar Coach seminar with over this Saturday and Sunday.
So here’s Mario. So Mario, can you introduce yourself?
[00:31] Mario: Good day Stephen, it’s Mario here guys. I’m a young entrepreneur.
I run an international event training and consultant company, and I’m just going to have a chat with Stephen!
[00:40] Stephen: Beautiful! And we’ve also got Ricky here, who we did the podcasts with the other day in the office.
[00:45] Ricky: Hey guys. It’s exciting to be back.
[00:47] Stephen: So we’re just walking back in out of Taki Moore and what we’ve just picked up right now. So I’ll give you guys a quick lowdown.
We’ve learned a lot of automation, and we’re going into webinars today. A lot about selling and systemizing your business.
So what we did just now was talk about creating your campaign for your webinar. So Mario, what did you pick up that was valuable for creating a campaign for your upcoming webinar?
[01:11] Mario: Awesome, man! Look, one of the most valuable things that I took out of that session was how to split up the different segments of a campaign launch.
Your sign up stage, your follow up stage, your retention stage and there’s another one which I can’t remember, but its super important that we break up the launch campaign and honor each person for where they are and don’t just send 50 e-mails to people who are at different stages of the cycle.
[01:37] Stephen: Nice, nice! So we’ve really got to bucket the people into their own sections don’t we? That’s right.
We’re just a little bit lost here, and I think we’ve backed this way.
It’s alright guys, it’s really Marketing on the Move; we’re walking through Sydney right now.
We’re meeting the locals, we’re coming through the roads, it’s all busy, and this is a real podcast: Marketing on the Move.
But back to Mario here.
[02:02] Mario: Stephen what would be… if you were to advise your listeners to do something different in their campaigns, what would that be?
[02:09] Stephen: So one thing which I picked up from Taki, which I think was fantastic, is really having everything hands off.
So in your campaign you’re creating these emails and creating your orders on the sequence.
If you can do it hands off — so recording and then having it transcribed by your virtual assistant into a document — that’s very valuable. That means you’ve got more time.
You’re leveraging your own time, and you’re leveraging others so that it’s working for you.
Ricky what do you think about organizing your webinar that’s coming up for people in their own niche or whatever company they’re working in?
[02:41] Mario: Well the biggest take away that I had in that last segment was that Taki has this great five part formula to actually writing your e-mails that you’re putting up in your e-mail campaign leading up to your webinar or following up with people and reminding people.
So the first thing is to set the scene where you are in the email– like set the scene for the client.
So for example, if your target markets are entrepreneurs, you might say something like, you know, It’s another Monday.
You get to your desk and you have a list of a hundred to-dos,” and then there’s…
So that’s the first step, and it has four other steps. It is a great system to make writing your email so simple. You can voice record them and get them transcribed and send them out.
[03:25] Stephen: For sure man, and that’s definitely… He’s systemized his points. He systemizes everything he needs to do in his business.
So what I’ll do guys is I’ll probably do a short video on how to create your webinars similar to Taki. I’ll give you guys maybe a little model you can work off of.
I can give you a few ideas about how to prepare your campaign for going into webinars as well.
What do you guys think?
Do you think that would be valuable for people?

[03:48] Mario: Yeah man, I think we should do it together and explore what’s actually happening and upload it to give them the run-down on what to do step by step.
[03:55] Stephen: For sure guys, we’ll jump on that; we might even do a short video. Who knows, we’ll get creative with it, but I’ll sign off here to keep it nice and short and under 5 minutes.
You can hear the buses, so it’s probably a bit difficult to hear this recording, but we’ve done our best Marketing on the Move.
[04:13] Mario: We are actually, definitely lost!
[04:16] Stephen: We are actually lost as well. So I’m gonna leave it here guys, I’ll speak to you soon. Mario, do you want to do the sign off?
[04:21] Mario: Keep listening to Marketing on the Move. It is on the move and also you guys are also on the move.
[04:27] Ricky: All the best guys, smash it in your marketing sales.
[04:16] Stephen: Alright, this is Stephen Esketzis with Marketing on the Move, and I’ll speak to you soon!
