Paul Lin Share His Future Plans for His Company

Paul_photo_3What was the turning point in your life that made you decide to join the electrical supplies industry?

It is not a secret that the world today is being run mostly by electronics products and there will always be a high demand for electrical supplies, a demand that is expected to become bigger and greater in the coming years. I have seen this potential for growth when I have failed in another business that I established and I thought that I might as well take the chance to help not only individuals but even companies and industries with their supplies needs.

What methods did you use to make your innovations and products known not only to Australia but also to the world?

Marketing is certainly one of the important aspects that I personally looked into but what I’ve discovered is that more than coming up with those advertisements and promotional campaigns, the real secret to making your products known and widely accepted by the public is by making sure that they are of the highest quality.

I myself never settle for mediocre items so I thought that just like me, my customers will surely be looking for quality before anything. I personally check each product and ensure that they will be worthy of every money that customers will pay for. When your products are the best and people will prove that themselves, marketing will be a breeze. Nothing beats the magic of word of mouth and to turn this to your favor, you have to make sure that your customers will have something good to talk about your products.

Where there any instances when your business experienced some hurdles? If yes, what did you do to overcome them?

When I started this business, I was prepared for the possibilities of obstacles and hindrances. Yes, there were points, especially in the early days, when business was too slow that I even thought of stopping right there and then. But when I thought of how many people will be needing quality supplies, I instantly got back on my feet and continued delivering great products. From the few customers, the clientele of my business grew overtime.

This 2015, where do you see your business going?

2015 started great for Transco Electrical and with the pace that we are going today; I know that we will be reaching more customers not only in Australia but even in other countries of the world. Going global is my ultimate dream and I feel that 2015 is taking me exactly where I want to be.

For your last words, what piece of advice would you like to leave to our readers?

Trust yourself because when you do, the people around you and the whole world will also start trusting you.
