What is Lyoness shopping for those who don’t know what it is?

Lyoness today is biggest growing shopping network in the world. Basically Lyoness has created a global network from which Members and Loyalty Merchants can benefit: Members receive money back, while Loyalty Merchants gain loyal customers and provide them with special benefits. Win-win situation. And also they’ve created a way for ordinary people do be a part of their success, make a descent income from it and even to build a career by growing a network of card users.

What made you get into this industry, and how long have you been a part of it?

I got into this business thanks to my friend who invited me and introduced me the system. I’ve been a part of it a little less than 6 months. I was very skeptical at first and I was afraid that I’ve been invited to a MLM meeting. Fortunately it wasn’t so and today I would say that being there was one the best things to ever happen to me.

Is this a big industry in Estonia?

Today Estonia is fastest growing Lyoness country. We have reached 10% of the goal set by Lyoness (active card users and loyalty merchants). But today Lyoness is growing internationally very rapidly as well. And there is so many opportunities for everybody who wants to a part of it. We are really small country (only 1,5 mil population), so You can actually see Lyoness network growing here day-by-day.

Name your biggest failure and biggest success to date.

Biggest failure today for me related to this business is regret I didn’t start earlier. The faster You get started the more possibilities there is to make descent income. Of course I struggled at first and I didn’t get results overnight. There were many small failures at first, but these only made me stronger. You have to see them as learning experiences and You have to learn to take these experiences not personal (this is not easy). I was consistent and everything went better. Results will come If you’re consistent.

Biggest success I think is by learning the system, making our own strategy and holding to it, we have made success. I have always had a role models and I’m always analyzing them and try to do as they do. There’s no point in re-inventing the wheel. If somebody who’s already had success in the field you’re interested – analyse them. Try to understand how they’ve had success.

If you could leave our readers with one piece of business advice, what would it be?

My advice to people is to be more open to new opportunities. Many think that there is no other way than the way they’we chosen so far and by doing this they miss many other good opportunities that there is. Listen and watch what is going on near You and be a little more open-minded. And also it’s important to be consistent. You have to do something if You want results. By not doing, You’ll never change anything. Don’t be afraid to do it wrong. Experience comes with time – we all have started at some point and we all sucked at it in the beginning. I like the expression: life starts at the end of your comfort zone.
