Hitesh Malviya talks about his product Digital Gorkha

551208_424495850925957_498250075_nTell us about your business, how the company formed and what made you go into this niche?

I run a tech product development company Sriyaan technologies in Mumbai.  We are in business since 2012, has made 100+ soft wares for clients across the globe. Earlier I was working with an information security firm in Noida on position of CEO. I came Mumbai for a project, my brother mahendra introduced me two guys with different skill sets. We just discussed our plan; we liked each other ideas and decided to start a company. That’s how Sriyaan Technologies incorporated.

We started with software development services, later moved on to product development when we saw a lot of funding opportunities in ecosystem.  Our one product Digital Gorkha (www.digitalgorkha.com- Visitor registration application) has recently raised 160k$ angel fund & we are in talk to raise 1M$ Seed funds for Mediico-Online healthcare delivery platform (www.mediico.com).

How do you keep your business focus?

I always ask myself if it aligns with, or helps further, my mission and goals. This will ensure that I don’t end up devoting my time to projects that aren’t helping to move my business forward. I scrap those products which doesn’t get proper response from market.

I never know when a new technology trend might hit the shelves and completely change the way our customers interact with our products. So it’s important to stay up to date on industry news to keep us prepared.

While you can’t always predict what game-changer will pop up down the road, being aware of its existence will allow us to keep your business relevant.

What strategies have you used to make people aware of your service? How do you market yourself online?

We market our services through different portals, social media channels, local classified website and marketplace. Press release plays an important role for strong reach of our offering. We run Google ad and Facebook ad campaign regularly to enhance audience reach. We keep updated our strategies after every month after analyzing campaign reports.

What next for you? Where do you see the business in say 5 years time?

Next is a Billion dollar company. We want to put our products/ideas in proper place in upcoming five years. We see our business touching great heights having strong backing from pioneer investors and sitting on Billion dollar valuation.

If you could leave our readers with one last piece of business advice, what would it be?

Do what you love and start what you think, this is the right time J Idea is nothing without execution. Start doing rather than only thinking. If you steady on your business progress, no one can stop you to touch A billion dollar mark, it might take time but one day you will achieve anyhow.
